Privacy Policy

CloudTiebreak (“we”) is based in Brazil. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: hello@cloudtiebreak.com.

What we collect

When you join the early list, we store:

• your email address;
• the situation and number of servers you picked in the form;
• how you found us, when your browser tells us (the referring website or campaign tag);
• your country, as detected by our hosting provider from your network connection;
• a one-way code derived from your IP address that changes every day, used only to block abuse. We do not store your IP address.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not build a profile of you.

Why we use it

• To send you one email when the product launches, with the early-list price.
• To understand demand for the product, in aggregate.
• To keep the form free of spam.

We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Who else sees it

Nobody else uses your details. We do not sell or rent them, and we never share them with cloud providers, consultancies or any vendor. Our hosting and database provider, Cloudflare, processes the data on our behalf, and its servers may be outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them, or for at most 12 months after the launch email, and never longer than 24 months after you join.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop hearing from us. Email hello@cloudtiebreak.com from the address you signed up with and we will act within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
