These terms cover your use of cloudtiebreak.com and the early list. Separate terms will apply to paid reports when they launch.

The early list

Joining the early list is free. We will email you once at launch. The early-list offer is one report for US$39, for the email address on the list, and is valid for 60 days after the launch email.

Information on this website

The sample report and figures on this website are illustrative. They are not advice about your environment. Reports will be generated by software from the information you provide and from public list prices, and they will not replace professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to break or overload it, and no submitting other people’s email addresses without their permission.

Trademarks

CloudTiebreak is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google or any other provider. Their product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe what we compare.

Liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using information on this website.
